Can I cancel my Subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Subscription subscription anytime. Having a Subscription gives you a better opportunity to save. If you are wanting to cancel the Subscription, you will need to just empty your Subscription cart in your account and that will cancel your Subscription. If you want to make sure it is canceled, you may contact Customer Service.
Please remember that you can cancel your Subscription order template at anytime. However, depending on the Subscription order status, the option of cancelling the order itself it may not be available. Please contact Customer Service 1.877.MODERE1 (877.663.3731) with any questions.
How can I get a confirmation number for a cancelled order?
When your order is cancelled and refunded, the return/refund order number can be found on your account under order history. You can also reach out to our Customer Service at 877-663-3731, or text 877-663-3731 for confirmation of the cancellation and the order number.
Why can't you cancel my order, it hasn't shipped?
I’m sorry, you order has reached a point in the packing and shipping process where it is not available to cancel. If your order can’t be cancelled, you can either pay to have it rerouted back to us or refuse the shipment when it arrives. If you would like a refund, please contact Customer Service at 877-663-3731, or text 877-663-3731 to begin the process. As soon as we see the shipment is in transit back to Modere, we can issue a refund. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Subscription vs Autoship
Orders that are processed on a monthly basis are often called Autoship orders. At Modere, Autoship orders are referred to as Subscription orders.
