Modere accepts all major credits cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa), Klarna, PayPal

We are sorry to hear you aren’t able to update your payment information online. If you are experiencing trouble, please contact our Customer Service at 877-663-3731 for assistance.
Reminder - In order to update your payment method online, select the person icon on the menu bar. You can then scroll down to the Credit Card Information to make any updates.
Why isn’t my credit card working?
We are sorry to hear your credit card is not working. This could be due to several issues:
- Billing and shipping address’ don’t match
- Incorrect billing address
- Credit card may not be activated
- First time purchases may be blocked by the bank if they don’t recognize charges through Modere
- Card limit exceeded
- Insufficient funds
- Limit of charges exceeded
- Too many attempts
- Card is blocked
- Incorrect CVV number
- Wrong card being used on account

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced receiving an unauthorized charge to your card. In order to better assist you with this unauthorized transaction, please contact our Customer Service department at 877-663-3731 for further assistance.
The agent you speak with will need only the credit card number in order to find the transaction and help resolve the issue.
In the meantime:
- Please have the current credit card closed so no further fraud charges are made with other companies.
- Request a new credit card

Why can’t I see my order if payment was taken out?
Although the payment has been taken, orders do not show on your account because they are still in the "Pending" status. Your order will show on your account as soon as it is moved from "Pending" to "Accepted" status. This could take up to 24 hours. Can I change the payment on my order?
Once your order has been processed online, the payment cannot be changed. Please contact Customer Service department at 877-663-3731 or text 877-663-3731 for assistance in updating payment information.
