If you want to change the name on your account, you must provide documentation for the name change such as a marriage licenses or divorce decree to customer service. You can email documents to email@example.com

When you log into your modere.com account, select the person icon on the menu bar. Next, select the “My Account” option to view your account information. You can also select the other available options to track orders or update your SmartShip.
