Modere offers a 30-day 100% full refund guarantee to all Modere Customers, minus the cost of shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued.
How do I return an item?
Return or exchange any Modere item in just three simple steps:
- Package up your return – be sure a copy of your invoice is in the box.
- Send it back to us using a trackable delivery service.
- Returns mush be shipped to us within 30-days of the date you received your order.
- Please do not combine more than one order per package.

Replacement:
I received the wrong product/product was missing from my order!
We're sorry to hear that you were sent the wrong item or missing an item. We realize it is an inconvenience for you and hope to make this as easy for you as possible. Please contact us at your earliest convenience by calling 1.877. MODERE1 (877.663.3731) and one our representatives will work quickly to get a replacement product sent to you.
If you were sent an incorrect item, please hold onto it and the agent you speak with will help to send you a prepaid label to return the incorrect product.

To speed up the replacement for your damaged order, please have the following ready:

If your item is damaged, opened, expired etc. Please contact us to issue a replacement.

Orders that are processed on a monthly basis are often called Autoship orders. At Modere, Autoship or Smartship orders are referred to as Subscription orders.
