How do I use a gift card?

When available for purchase, Social Marketers can purchase Modere Gift Cards during limited time offer (LTO) events (Black Friday or Cyber Monday, for example). Modere Gift Cards can only be redeemed on customer orders, NOT Social Marketer orders.

Customers can redeem their Modere gift card online (For one-time orders only - not Subscription orders.) by entering the code from the back of the gift card in the promo code field at check-out. Customers cannot purchase Modere Gift Cards.

Customer Service can also apply the gift card to a customer's order by adding the gift card code in Zendesk as checkout. 

At the time of purchase, the SM receives BV and CV for the purchase of the Modere Gift Card.  When the Modere Gift Card is redeemed on a customer order, the BV and CV is reduced accordingly.

Customers can redeem Modere gift cards by adding the code on the card in the promo box when checking out.

*Only one Modere Gift Cards can only be used for one time orders.

*Modere Gift Cards do not cover shipping/handling/tax.

*Once any portion of a Modere gift Card is used on an order, any unused portion is forfeited. The unused portion is NOT available for future purchases.
