One Time Order
After logging in, select products for the shopping cart. Tap on a product category to display the available products.
Add products to your cart by verifying the quantity, then tapping on the cart icon.
Tap on a product image to get the details on the product.
The app will temporarily display a feedback message indicating the item has been added to the cart. The cart will have a red circle with the number of items in the cart. Since this is a collection, it counts as one item in the cart even though the collection has 5 unique items.
Tap the < Modere link to return the main screen.
Another way of adding products to your cart is to scan the barcode on a product you want to reorder. Either tap on the scan icon in the search window or drag down to the bottom of the display and tap on the Scan link.
Point your device camera at the product until the barcode is recognized. The app will display the product name and price. Tap the cart icon to add the product to your cart.
The app temporarily displays a confirmation message and returns to the scan window to scan another product.
Scan a second item
Click the See More … link to display the product page.
Tap on the cart icon to add the product to the cart.
The app temporarily displays a confirmation message. Since it returns to an add screen, the system presents a message to let you know that one is already in your cart.
Click the Back link to return to the main screen.
Once all the desired items have been added to the cart, tap on the cart icon.
Review the cart. If you still want to add something tap the Add an Item link.
Search for products by either entering the product name or navigating the categories.
Once you have added all the desired products to your cart, tap the Checkout button.
Review the product list. If it is not correct tap the Cancel link to go back to your cart.
On your first order, if you have indicated a sponsor through a promo code, you will get a Share The Love discount of $10.00 on your order.
Continue the review by dragging the order up.
Verify the shipping method. Only those who live in Utah should select Pickup at Modere. Our quality checks on orders will change the order back to ship if the account address is outside of Utah. If you are traveling through Utah and want to pick up your order you need to contact the receptionist to coordinate a Will Call pickup.
Verify the payment method is correct. If your desired payment method is not available, tap the Edit link to correct the payment method.
Tap on the Gift slider to mark the order as a gift and enter a message to the recipient.
When the order is reviewed and ready to process, tap the Submit your order button.
Subscription (Recurring) Order
If you attempt to add a product to a Subscription before you have one set up, as indicated by no number in the truck icon, you will be taken to the create a Subscription process.
Tap the Edit Subscription Profile link to continue.
Or, from the main screen, tap on the truck icon to create a new Subscription profile.
Tap the Create Subscription Profile button to continue.
Tap the address radio button to select your address. If it is not correct, tap the Add a New Address link.
Tap the credit card radio button to select your payment method. If the credit card is not correct, tap the Add New Card link to add a new card.
The next step is to add products to the Subscription by tapping on the Select A Product link.
Find your products by either navigating the categories or entering a product name.
Tap on Collections.
Since you are in a Subscription manager the only option available is Subscription. Tap the truck icon to add the product to your Subscription Template.
The product has been added to your template. Repeat the process until all desired products have been added.
When all products have been added, tap the Create Subscription Profile button.
Review the address and payment method. If there is an error, tap on the Edit link to correct it.
Tap on the question mark next to Apply Shopping Credits.
Setting the Apply Shopping Credits will automatically apply any Shopping balance to future orders when that balance is at least 50 points or more. Tap OK to dismiss the message.
Tap your username, in this example Frank D, in upper right corner of the window.
Since this is a new account and the first Subscription, the account has no points available. Tap the OK to dismiss the message.
Tap the Apply Shopping Credits slider to turn this feature on.
Tap the Order Processing Day to change the processing day.
Slide the values up or down as needed to set the desired run date, then tap Done.
If you want your Subscription sooner than the scheduled date you can process it earlier. Tap on the question mark next to Want It Sooner?
It is important to understand how the buy it now feature works. Note that there are two possible outcomes:
- If you edit the contents, the order will process as an a la carte, or one-time order. In this case the regularly scheduled Subscription will process on schedule.
- If you leave the contents as they were your order will process and the execution date will be incremented to the next month.
Tap OK to dismiss the message.
Tap the Buy now link.
If you want to create an a la carte order, adjust the products, otherwise click the checkout link.
Your Subscription will process within 90 minutes and the next run date will be incremented.
Drag down to the bottom of the template.
There are seven items in this Subscription template. That qualifies for a 10% discount. This order was discounted $28.25.
Since this is not the first order for this person, there is no Share The Love discount.
The note at the bottom indicates that discounts and promotions are applied on checkout. The discount indicated in the template may not be the full discount.
Once you have a Subscription, the truck icon will update the Subscription template.
The Multivitamins have been added to the template. Since the template had seven items before, adding the multivitamin qualifies the Subscription for 15% now.
The Subscription discount has increased to $47.92.
The 15% discount also includes free shipping.
