Will I be forced to have my commissions on the debit card?
Everyone will use the Modere My Pay portal to manage commission payments, but you can choose where to move your commissions from the portal. You do not have to use the Modere debit card if you don’t want to.
Can I still do direct deposit?
Yes, you can have your commissions automatically deposited from the Modere My Pay portal directly into your bank account. You will need to set up your direct deposit information in your Modere My Pay portal to begin receiving direct deposit.
Does Direct Deposit add additional time to when I get my money in my account?
There is a 24–48-hour processing period for any ACH transfer, but Modere will fund Modere My Pay accounts 2 business days before the 15th of the month so that all commissions arrive in bank accounts according to the current timeline which is the 15th of the month for monthly commissions. All weekly commissions will also be paid 2 business days in advance of every Friday to insure that ACH transfers arrive according to our current payout timelines.
Please be sure to have your preferences set to ensure your first commission payment in Modere My Pay is transferred as expected.
Can I have a check issued?
Yes, printing a check is one of the options in the Modere My Pay portal for $3.50 USD.
What are the costs associated with the payment methods?
Transfer to Checking Account: Free.
Transfer to Modere debit card: Free.
Transfer to Personal Debit Card: This option eliminates processing period and funds are available almost immediately. This option is not currently available in Canada. $1.50 USD
Print a check: $3.50 USD.
