If you want to change the name on your account, you must provide documentation for the name change such as a marriage licenses or divorce decree to customer service.
Social Marketers cannot request a name change for a customer; the request must come from the customer.
If you are a Social Marketer, you need to submit a new Social Marketer Enrollment form to change the name on your account. If your SM account is a business, you will also need an updated Business Application.
