The Modere App is somewhat intuitive but is also rich in features. Let’s take a look at all it has to offer.
Login by tapping the Login link.
Enter your email address and password, then tap the Login button.
Once logged-in, the display will show your first name in place of the Login link.
Tapping the link displays your Shopping Credit balance.
The top of the display has three ads. Swipe left or right to view the different ads. Tapping on one of the ads will navigate to a page for the product in the ad.
For example, swiping to the left advances to the LogiqTM ad.
Tapping on the add displays the LogiqTM products to add to the cart or Subscription template. Tapping on the link returns to the main view.
Below the add panel are panels for product groupings.
Tapping on a grouping displays the products for that grouping. This listing is rich in information.
The name of the product or collection.
The monetary and point value of the product or collection.
The quantity currently selected, the default is one. Tap the + to add more, the – to subtract items.
The cost of the item or collection if added to a one-time order.
Tap the cart icon to add the product to a one-time order.
The number in the circle is the number of unique items represented by the item or collection.
This is the cost of the item or collection when added to a Subscription. In this case, it is computed for 5 unique items. If the item or collection is added to a Subscription with additional items the discount will be greater.
Tapping on the Shop icon at the bottom will return the customer to the start page.
The Cart icon shows the number of items in the cart, if any.
Tapping on the icon opens the cart display. It shows the individual items and quantities, the total product monetary cost and points. The individual product quantities can be adjusted by tapping either the – or + buttons.
Setting the quantity to 0 will display a delete confirmation message. Tap the Delete to confirm the deletion or Cancel to leave the item in the cart with a quantity of 1.
Scroll to the bottom of the listing to add new items to the cart by tapping on the Add an Item link.
You may either type the name of the product or navigate through the product categories to find the desired product.
Tapping on the History icon opens the customer’s order history.
Tapping on the Subscription icon opens the Subscription manager.
Tapping the Ship To/Payment Edit link opens a page that allows the selection of an address and payment method from those in your account.
Tapping a radio button selects the desired address or payment method.
You can elect to apply accumulated Shopping Credits to the Subscription when it processes. Tapping on the slider selects or deselects the option.
Tapping the question mark icon shows an explanation of the Shopping Credits option. The 50-credit threshold is often overlooked.
Tapping on the Order processing day link allows adjustment of the Subscription processing date.
Move the different elements to the desired values then tap the Done link.
If you want the shipment processed immediately, tap the Buy Now link. Clicking on the question mark icon displays an explanation of the Buy Now option.
Tap the OK link to close the message.
You can modify the contents of the order or click the Checkout button to complete the order.
The Subscription Loyalty Rewards display indicates how many consecutive months you have had a Subscription processed. As each Subscription processes the corresponding box is colored in to show the progress and percentage of discount due.
Tapping on the Account icon opens the Account page.
The Account Information link opens the account page.
Changing any element activates the Save button.
Clicking the Shopping Credits link opens the Shopping Credit history page.
All the Shopping Credit activity listed. The balance is at the bottom. Note: this is a test account and the total is not realistic.
The Shipping Address link opens the shipping address page.
All shipping addresses in the account are displayed. The primary address has a checkmark. Tap the Edit link to edit an address.
After making an edit the Save button becomes available. Clicking on the Send My Subscription orders to this address slider updates the Subscription address also. If the Subscription address is not updated the Subscription will continue going to the old address. Clicking the question mark icon opens an explanation.
Tap the OK button to dismiss the message.
The Payment Information link opens the payment information in the account.
You can update (Edit link) or delete (Trash can) saved payment methods and add additional payment methods (Add Payment option button).
Tapping on the Favorites link opens the Favorites page.
The Favorites page contains a listing of products that have been marked for easy retrieval. Tapping on the cart or Subscription icons will add the product. Tap on the Add a Favorite link to add a new product.
Enter a product name or partial name to search for the desired product.
Tap the heart icon to add the product to Favorites.
Tap on a heart icon to remove a product from the Favorites.
Tap on the Shareable Cart link to open the Shareable Cart page.
Tap the Add an Item to add items to the cart.
The search screen allows for typing the product name or navigating product categories.
Tap on the share icon to add the item to the cart.
The item is added to the cart. Repeat the process to add more items. Tap the Share Cart button.
Select/enter the desired recipient(s) email address(s). Tap the send button to send the email. The recipients click the link to see the shared cart data.
The Rate This App link opens the application store to add a rating for the Modere App. The About link opens the About page.
If you are having issues, it might be helpful to be able to report the version of the APP being used. The What’s new link opens a listing of changes in the latest build.
Tap the OK link to close the window.
