The first step in ordering Modere products on the Modere App is to create an account.
This must begin by downloading the App from the mobile device App store. After starting the App, tap the Login link.
From the Login screen tap the Sign Up for New Account link.
Enter your identifying information. Tapping the question mark icon next to the referral code opens the following message:
Tap the OK button to dismiss the message.
After entering the referral code, the system will look up the code and return the name of the account holder. If the returned name is not the correct person tapping the “please tap here.” line will erase the code and allow the entry of the correct code.
When all the information is correct, tap the Create Account button.
If an error about Captcha Validation appears the app is not current. Delete the App and download a fresh copy. Unfortunately, the information previously entered will be lost and you must start over.
When the system creates the account, the system presents with a screen that has your name in the header.
When you place an order the App will ask for your shipping address and offer to save it. It will also ask for payment information and offer to save it. Or you can tap on the Account link.
Tap on the Shipping Addresses link to add a shipping address.
Enter your shipping address then tap the Save button. The system will verify the address.
In this case the address entered spelled out South and West. The USPS suggests only the letters be used. Tap on the Use Suggested Address link to save the suggested edit.
The address is saved. Tap the Add a New Address link to add an additional address.
Tap on the Payment Information link to add a payment method.
Enter the credit card information then tap the Save button.
The credit card information has been saved. An issue that might prevent the card from being added is if the billing address is different from the shipping address. The APP does not provide a method for a customer to enter a billing address. In this case you must call customer support or assistance.
Tap the PayPal button to add a PayPal (wallet) account. From the PayPal screen tap on the Add PayPal button.
Log into the PayPal account to be used.
Note that PayPal credit is not an option, the credit option can be created in the web tool. Once in the account select the payment method tied to the PayPal account, then tap the Continue button.
The PayPal payment method has been added to the account. Once PayPal has been added it is not possible to switch which payment method PayPal uses. It is necessary to delete the payment method and add it back in with the new method. To delete a payment account swipe to the left on the account, then confirms the delete.
The account is now ready to place an order.
