Heavy metals testing is something that we do for all of our finished products and most of our raw materials.
As a global company with concern for sustainability in our business practices, we strive to ensure that our suppliers are using responsible sourcing without any adverse effect to the broader environment. We continually monitor our suppliers to ensure we are upholding ethical business practices across the globe.
As a part of Modere’s Quality 10 promise – a 10-step quality process to make every product safe – a full set of documentation is obtained for each ingredient, which confirms the manufacturing process, country of origin, material specifications, allergen, verification of non-irradiation, non-GMO, non-ETO and ingredient composition. Each ingredient undergoes full testing against the specification to ensure the identity, quality and purity of the ingredient. Contract manufacturer’s and key ingredient suppliers may also be qualified through on-site audits. Supplier questionnaires are utilized as well, which requires the supplier to provide information and documentation on all areas of their business, with a focus on manufacturing and quality processes.
Modere’s Research and Development team and Quality Assurance department, in combination with the input of the Scientific Advisory Board, collectively review the quality of ingredients and processes used in the development of Modere products. Modere makes every effort to ensure that the ingredients and processes we use are of high quality, safety and efficacy.
