Q: What are the hours of will call?
A: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Q: When will my pick up order be ready?
A: It will be ready two days after the order was placed. The customer will be notified via email when the order is ready but they should call the front desk to verify it is ready before coming to Modere.
Q: How long will my order be at will call before it’s sent back to the warehouse?
A: We will hold your order for 30 days before we send it back to the warehouse
Q: What happens to my order after it’s sent back to the warehouse?
A: Your order is refunded within 7 business days
Q: Can I place the order again?
A: Absolutely! Place another order and pick it up two days later after 2pm.
Q: Where can I pick up my Will Call?
A: You can find our Will Call area on the south side of the warehouse building.
