Q: What is the recommended serving for Trim?
A: 1 Tablespoon (15ml)
Q: What is the difference between the flavors of Trim?
A: Trim Lemon, Mango, Vanilla, Coconut Lime and Chocolate all contain the clinically studied amounts of Liquid BioCell® and conjugated linoleic acid. The slight variations between the formulations center on their different flavor profiles. The amounts of flavorings and sweeteners have been carefully tailored to achieve each unique flavor profile, so that everyone is sure to find a favorite. There is no difference in the effectiveness of the flavors.
Q: How much of the Collagen/HA Matrix® is in the Trim?
A: The amount of Collagen/HA in 1 Tablespoon of Trim is equal to the amount in 1 Tablespoon of the Liquid BioCell®. We recommend taking 1 TBSP of Trim in the morning and 1 TBSP of Liquid BioCell at night for the maximum recommended amount of our Collagen/HA Matrix®.
Q: Does Trim contain clinical strength CLA?
A: Although the exact amount is proprietary, Trim contains the clinically studied level of CLA to
inhibit cellular fat storage, reduce fat cell size and reduce fat cell formation to promote a sculpted, lean body.
Q: What is the source of the CLA in the Trim?
A: The CLA comes from Safflower oil. The sunflower oil is a refined non-GMO oil. It is high in tocopherols
The vitamin E nutrient in these products comes from mixed tocopherols. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and it contributes to the requirements of a well-rounded protein shake, which in turn contributes to consumers’ overall health and well-being.
Tocopherols are a class of naturally occurring chemical compounds related to Vitamin E. Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E) is the ester of acetic acid and tocopherol. It is often used in dermatological products such as skin creams. Whereas, alpha-tocopherol is the form of Vitamin E that is the main source of Vitamin E in food supplements.
Q: What is the source of the mixed tocopherols in the Trim?
A: The mixed tocopherols come from sunflower.
Q: Why is Clarinol no longer listed on the bottles of Trim?
A: To keep up with the growing demand for Trim, we chose to move to a new source of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) that is chemically identical to the previous source. The product still contains the clinical strength and efficacious dose of CLA, backed by numerous published studies.
Q: Why has the proprietary blend been reduced to 5g on all Trim flavors except Lemon?
A: The amount of the proprietary blend was slightly reduced to 5.0g in this latest versions of Trim, to balance out the formula after reducing calories and improving the mouthfeel (texture) of the product. Although the amount of the proprietary blend has been adjusted, it’s important to remember that Trim delivers the optimal amount of CLA and the Liquid BioCell® Collagen/HA Matrix®.
