Yes.
The first time a SM enrolls downline in an international market, there is approximately a 3-4 day delay before they show up. After that first time, their new people in that market will show in right away (within 24-hrs).
How to see them:
In the back office, a SM can search for an international customer or SM by typing their name in the search bar. If their name comes up, it means they have been linked to that Enroller/Sponsor.
However, when the SM clicks on the name, they'll get an error message. Unfortunately, they will not be able to access that SM's/customer's account in their back office. Some SM's mistake the error message to mean that the new person is not correctly linked to them. That is not the case, they are linked, it's just that the account will never open up since it is in another market.
If the upline wants to see the points from their international SM or customer, they can run a team report or a customer report and their international down line SM or customer will show up on the report and the upline can see their total points for that month, but they cannot pull up a detailed order history.
