Q: When a customer converts their account from customer status to a Social Marketer, do their points move from the customer account to the new SM account?
A: No, the points do not automatically move over to their new SM account.
While Shopping Credits do not roll over automatically, and we encourage them to use them on their customer account before they convert to a SM, Customer Service can certainly make an exception and move the points from the customer account to the SM account.
