Social Marketers (SMs) in North America can enroll customers and SMs in any international market we currently operate in.
Every market has its own modere site for customers and shiftingretail site for SM's. Your Customers can simply go to modere.com and select the country they would like to register with or go directly to the Country’s website and use your referral code to complete their registration. Your Social Marketers can go to shiftingretail.com and select the country they would like to register with and use your referral code to complete their registration. If they need help with registration, they can contact Customer Service in that market.
In the back office (shiftingretail.com), an SM can search for an international customer or SM by typing their name in the search bar. If their name comes up, it means they have been linked to your organization. (Please note that you will only be able to search for customers in your personal customer POD; no search is available for downline SM customer pods).
If the upline wants to see the points from their international SM or customer, they can run a team report, or a customer report and their international down line SM or customer will show up on the report and the upline can see their downline SM or customer’s local market total points for that month (which may need to be converted to your market point values for qualification). Order history for international downline accounts is not available.
