The process for submitting a sale and/or transfer is as follows:
- The buyer or transferee must become a qualified Modere Social Marketer by submitting a Social Marketer Enrollment Form and Business Entity Application (if applicable) and must fill out and submit to Modere’s Social Marketer Education & Compliance Department a Sale/Purchase or Transfer of Social Marketer Account Form.
- A complete Sale & Transfer request must be received by the Social Marketer Education & Conduct Department at the Company by the 20th day of a month in order for the change to be effective for the given month.
- Any requests received after the 20th will be processed for the following month.
- A fee (as outlined in the form) will be assessed for all sales or transfers.
- For any application that is incomplete, incorrect, or rejected and additional thirty-five dollar ($35 USD) fee may be assessed.
- Before the sale, transfer, or assignment can be finalized and approved by Modere, any debt obligations the selling Social Marketer has with Modere must be satisfied.
- Please be advised that Modere reserves the right to approve or deny any sales or transfers of accounts.
