Modere Rewards is an incentive program that offers enticing benefits for you and customers upon registration. From the moment you join, you can enjoy free shipping on any order of $150* or more, accumulate Modere Cash through new customer referrals, receive two semi-annual anniversary discounts annually, and unlock exclusive savings opportunities throughout the year. Additionally, subscribers are eligible to earn monthly Modere Cash based on their subscription order subtotal.
* All dollar values are consistent and identical for customers in both the United States (US) and Canada (CA).
What modifications have been implemented in the current program?
We have made some enhancements that depart from the previous VIP Program. To streamline the customer’s buying experience, the following programs will be discontinued and replaced with the new benefits:
- Friends & Family Program will be discontinued and all outstanding links will expire January 7, 2024
- VIP tier calculations will shift from item count and percentage to dollar value.
- VIP everyday savings will be discontinued
- Loyalty match discounts will be discontinued
- Premium customer benefits will be removed and everyone will be part of the 2024 program
